After many years of going to the island of Aruba,this year we took our Celica to compete against the best imports of the island at the Extreme Import 2012.
We had a full schedule ahead,an autoshow,3 photoshoots,a car display at Toyota of Aruba,sponsor and radio interviews and race every night until 1-2 am,,all of this in only 3.5 days. Needless to say we did not had much sleep ,,,, but we managed to do all of this,get 3rd place and establish new records along the way with our car and our customers as well.
This time in Aruba was very special,we made new friends,met old ones,spent time with Don Omar as a driver,raced my friend Paradise,met the guys from GRS,JRSpeed,Toyota of Aruba,had pizza at Urataka,and finally had a much needed boat ride on sunday thanks to Darcy.
I can not stress enough how important it is for me to have such a great group of people helping and giving us support to accomplish so many things.Thanks to all those who made this event the best and the most memorable of all.
